含xxPE手套；袋内装有一块用于表面拭取样的海棉（3.8X7.6X1.5cm）。使用时打开采样袋，加入释释肉汤浸湿海棉（有预湿的采样袋可选择），然后在被检物表面进行擦拭取样，{zh1}将海棉装入采样袋，带回实验室进行检测。可直接将培养基倒入进行定性检测，也可样品与稀释液均质涂板定量检测。4mil厚的采样袋可用于均质机均质。

Includes a sterile polyethylene glove attached in a bottom compartment. To use the glove, tear off the glove pack along the perforation. The glove is folded with the open end slightly extended so the glove can be held ａnd shaken open without touching the hand area.
