LG PMMA HI335：PMMA is excellent in impact resistance compared to general glasses, but relatively lower among plastics so it is demanded to be improved in this respect. LG MMA has improved the impact resistance of PMMA using acrylic rubbers, and maintained the weatherability. Impact resistant grade of PMMA is applied to the area where impact strength is required such as signboards, lightings, displays, and vending machines。
添加剂:橡胶抗冲改性剂。
性能特点：改良抗撞击性；抗撞击性，高；耐气候影响性能良好。
用途：Decorative Displays；电子显示器；照明装置。
熔流率 (230°C/3.8 kg)：3.6 g/10 min。
悬壁梁缺口冲击强度 ：47J/m ，ASTM D256 。
注射成型条件：
干燥温度 60.0 到 70.0 °C；
干燥时间 4.0 到 6.0 hr；
建议的{zd0}水分含量 0.10 %；
螺筒后部温度 200 到 250 °C；
螺筒中部温度 200 到 250 °C；
螺筒前部温度 200 到 250 °C；
模具温度 60.0 到 70.0 °C；
注塑温度 49.0 到 108 MPa。
