大线圈全自动生产线

机器特点

1. 这种全自动线圈生产线适用于大型骨架线圈，如接触器线圈、电磁阀等

2. 两台绕线机并联，增加产能。 绕线机间距大，可达到150mm。

3. 焊接工艺有沾锡焊、高频焊、电阻焊、激光焊等多种工艺，根据具体产品工艺而选择。

4. 可集成多道工序：上料、插端子、绕线、绞线、包胶布、焊接、端子折弯、电阻检测、 耐压检测、激光打标、 堆盘等。

Machine Features：

1. It is applicable for large size bobbins, such as contactor coil and solenoid valve coil. 

2. Multiple processes can be completed on the line including automatic vibration feeding, winding, taping, soldering, testing, terminal reforming ,laser marking ,printing,  palletizing and so on.

3. There are three types of soldering processes: dip soldering, Frequency Welding, Resistance Welding  and LBM(Laser Beam Welding). They are determined based on the coil specifications

4. Two winding machines with big pitch  can be connected in parallel to improve capacity and efficiency.

The state-of –the-art controller of MECHATROLINK-II is employed to equip the winding machine.
