二、印针

全硬质印针，振动频率高于300次／秒，印针硬度为HRC92度，可印工件硬度小于62度。

四、标机工原理:

印内容输入计算机，计算机理成数据并输给智能控控号，智能控控印针在X-Y两维平面内一定轨迹运动，同印针在压缩空气下高频微冲击运动，从而在工件表面印美观的凹形标记.

采WINDOWS操系统,编辑功能强大,易学适;可以编辑任意所需的字符和图形;字高、字宽、字间隔，在印幅面内可调整；具备动印日和流号等功能;二维工台采精模具铸,直线滚动导轨,封闭、润滑轴承，可靠性高；能在恶劣的环境下工，没有耗材，印的标记美观、{yj}性强；标机稳定可靠性强，动化程度高,操简。

 It is cemented carbide and Frequencies higher than 300 times / sec, the hardness is HRC 92 grade and less than 62 grade print.
