methods. Reduce
the infeed and the machining depth, check whether the workpiece is
clamped firmly, increase the speed of the tool, and lower the speed to

tool.
After
the parts are programmed, the test and debugging need to be carried out
after the good knife. In order to prevent the error in the program and
the mistake of the knife, causing the collision accident, we should
first perform the idle stroke simulation processing on the coordinates
of the automatic CNC numerical control lathe. In
the system, the tool is translated to the right by 2 to 3 times the
total length of the part; then the simulation process is started. After
the simulation is completed, the program and the tool are correct, and
then the part is processed. After the first part is processed, the first
part is self-tested. After
confirming the qualification, and then looking for a full-time
inspection and inspection, after the full-time inspection is confirmed,
this indicates that the commissioning is over.
