高温耐火板--纳米氧化铝泡沫陶瓷

1、技术原理:Art of Technology:

采用纳米氧化铝为原料,集材料科学、凝聚态物理、表面、界面等多学科综合技术,经高度浓缩悬浮生产工艺,通过纳米颗粒表面修饰技术、凝胶浇注成型技术等制备出的高强度、耐高温的泡沫陶瓷。本产品使用高温度可以达到1750℃,是我国目前硅酸铝、多晶莫来石、氧化铝纤维等轻质材料无法达到的。

The  Alumina Oxide Ceramic Foam Insulation  was manufactured based on the  multiple technologies of Material Science, Condensed Matter Physics, Surface/ Interface science with the Nano Particle of Alumina oxide . With the art of technology of highly concentrated suspension process, surface modification of nano-particles and Sol-Gel casting,the Alumina oxide ceramic foam with excellent compressive and flexural strength was developed. The application temperature can be high as 17500C which is not available for aluminium silicate, polycrystal mullite ,alumina based ceramic fiber or any other light weight brick in the market.

 

2、技术特点:Characteristics:

(1)纯度高,氧化铝含量高于95%。

High Purity: Al2O3 > 95%;

(2)使用温度高,可达到1750

Application temperature: up to 1750℃

(3)强度高,相比耐火纤维使用寿命大大提高。

High strength: much longer lift time than RCF.

(4)体积密度低,为0.2-0.5 g/cm3 。

Ultra-low density: 0.2-0.5 g/cm3

(5)热导率、线性膨胀系数低。

Low Thermal Conductivity and Linear Thermal expansion coefficient;

(6)“Fiber-Free”,生产和使用过程中对人体无害。

Fiber free: harmless to people in the production and using process.

(7)耐冲击,可以快速加热和冷却。

Great Thermal Shock Resistance: can be used for quickly heating and cooling.

4、应用领域:Applications:

(1)1000-1750度实验室及工业炉炉衬。

1000ºC-1750ºC laboratory or industrial furnace lining;

(2)电热或者燃气炉炉衬。

Electric or gas heating furnace lining;

(3)台车炉炉衬。Kiln cars lining;

(4)使用温度需要达到1750ºC的应用。

All applications when temperature achieved 1750ºC;

(5)含有H2 & CO的还原气氛或者氧化气氛的高温领域;

High temperature field with H2, CO or other reducing / oxidizing atmosphere.
