Shanghai Hanyu Technologies CO.,Ltd.(hereinatter referred to as "Hanyu")is the first company limited in China integrating consultancy,design,manufacture and supporting services of moulds and hot-runner systems.As early in 1986,Hanyu already began applying thermoset hot-runner technology patented to sereral plants engaged in production of low-voltage electrical appliances in Shanghai and Qingdao.In October,1991,it developed hot nozzles for thermoplastic sprueless injection moulds,which are widely used in the No.1Television Factory of Shanghai and Shanghai People's Electrical Appliances Factory.Hanyu has senior engineers with experience for almost 20 years in research and development of applied moulds for hot-runner system.It is the sole factory engaged in production of helix heater bands certificated in Shanghai.Hanyu has already successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 Certification,and it is capable of providing customers with tecnnical support and fittings for hot-runner systems.
