Kaiduo has a professional test lab with variety test machine, can finish test such as: Life test , Drop test, Salt spray test, Blade hardness test, Button life test, Transportation test, Box hardness test, etc

In 3 production line, we have QC position to 100% check every unit product before packing in gift box.

We also have QA room and our QC will random pick up product from production line every 2 hours, they will do the test in QA room to ensure the product are qualify with requirement, to avoid mass production has defective cause rework. And we keep every lot shipment sample as record to trace
